At Zaid’s Luxury Fragrance, we take great care to ensure every order is accurately prepared and inspected before fulfillment.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, scent preference, or dissatisfaction with fragrance performance.

Please carefully review the fragrance, size, concentration, and product description before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the original packaging and shipping box
  • A photo of the shipping label
  • A brief description of the issue

Approved claims will be reviewed for a replacement or store credit, depending on product availability and the circumstances of the claim.

Please do not discard the product, packaging, or shipping materials until your claim has been resolved.

Opened or Used Fragrances

Products that have been opened, sprayed, used, altered, or had their original seal or protective packaging removed are not eligible for return or exchange, except in connection with an approved damaged or incorrect-item claim.

Fragrance Performance

Fragrance longevity, projection, and scent perception may vary depending on skin chemistry, application, climate, storage, and other factors. These differences are not considered product defects and do not qualify for a return, exchange, or store credit.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, shipped, or made ready for local pickup, it cannot be canceled.

Local Pickup Orders

All local pickup orders are also final sale. Customers are responsible for verifying their order at pickup. Any issue with an incorrect or visibly damaged item should be reported immediately.
