Thank you for shopping with Zaid’s Luxury Fragrance. We carefully prepare and package every order to help ensure your fragrances arrive safely.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
During holidays, promotions, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges, when applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Any available free-shipping promotions or minimum-purchase requirements will also be displayed at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout begin after the order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Tracking Information
When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after their order has been shipped.
Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Zaid’s Luxury Fragrance is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Returned or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or another customer-related delivery issue, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be shipped again.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable where permitted by applicable law.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by that carrier.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around the delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist with available tracking information or a carrier claim when appropriate. However, Zaid’s Luxury Fragrance cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of:
- The damaged product
- The product packaging
- The shipping box or mailer
- The shipping label
Please keep all products and packaging while the claim is being reviewed.
Approved claims will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for eligible orders.
Customers must wait until they receive confirmation that their order is ready for pickup before arriving.
Please have your order confirmation or other requested verification available when picking up your order.
Orders selected for local pickup will not be shipped unless separate shipping arrangements and any applicable charges are completed.
All local pickup purchases remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Fragrance Shipping Restrictions
Fragrances containing alcohol may be subject to carrier transportation restrictions. As a result, certain shipping methods or destinations may not be available for some orders.
Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout when applicable.
